Schmitt 60CC cylinder kit - big bore

Schmitt "GST-60" 2-channel 60cc cylinder kit compatible with Simson S51, KR51/2, and SR50 mopeds equipped with an M500 engine.

The Schmitt "GST-60" cylinder is a high-torque, durable 60cc cylinder with an original look. Compared to the original cylinder, this high-performance cylinder from the Schmitt GST series delivers a significant increase in power and torque. Even straight out of the box and unmodified, the “GST-60”—when properly tuned, for example with an AOA-2 exhaust—delivers an 8PS increase in engine power.

A newly designed 2-ring sport piston with narrow piston rings and a completely new performance cylinder head round out the set.

The cylinder and head feature a larger surface area to improve cooling. Additionally, the design allows for further machining of the cylinder without the need for cumbersome bonding or welding.
